  I am very unhappy with how they handle things. Similar issue to what Jimmy has said in their review. We too have a serious mold issue.. it's affecting my health and when I went to talk to them all I get it a it's because we're dirty type answer. Even tried calling the health dept. about it and they wouldn't do anything either. Guessing you have to rip out a chunk of wall and get it examined to get anywhere. We didn't cause the mold in the apt. We've tried bleach, lysol, and mold x to little avail. They also won't let you out of your lease easily and expect you to pay the rent even after you have moved away if you haven't found someone to lease it.

  This company took over for Wheatland after they got fired by the property owner. I was hoping it would be a better experience, but it wasn't at all. First, the apartment had a bad mold issue caused by structural problems with the building (water was coming in through the back wall). The mold was NOT because of us. We would clean it with bleach and it would be back in a matter of DAYS because it was a structural problem. We notified Team Idaho about this immediately. They said they couldn't do anything about it while we were living there and that they would remodel the units when we moved out. Already see where this is going? After we moved out, they cleaned the apartment and charged us a ridiculous amount on our deposit. Team Idaho even charged us for stuff that we cleaned immaculately. It wasn't just me that cleaned it, my whole family was there and we all know it was completely clean. Not only did we have to live in an apartment with dangerous carcinogenic black mold, but Team Idaho was dishonest about remodeling the units after we left and took a bunch of our deposit for stuff we cleaned. Save yourself alot of trouble and money and rent from a different company.
